New, sustainable apartment in the historic center of Elche with air conditioning and free 1GB WIFI throughout the property. Very well located since it is located a few meters from the Renfe train station, the bus station, the Miguel Hernández University and an endless number of tourist and gastronomic attractions to enjoy the city.

Our Palm City Apartment is made up of a hall, a living room-kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony.

The kitchen has everything you need to spend a few days away from home with the comfort of not missing anything. It consists of a refrigerator with freezer, induction cooking, oven, microwave and dishwasher. It also has all the necessary kitchenware and small appliances, such as a toaster, coffee maker, juicer, etc., to make your daily life easier and more comfortable. The space has a breakfast bar and two high stools so you can have breakfast, lunch and/or dinner in peace.

The living room is made up of a 3-seater sofa and a living room furniture with a 55-inch flat TV. With extra decoration and accessories so you can relax and feel at home. We also offer a folding table, with two chairs, so you can go out to the balcony and enjoy the wonderful climate we have in this area of the Mediterranean having breakfast or a glass of wine at sunset.

The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed, two nightstands with a lamp in each one and a visible closet so you can store and organize your things, thus avoiding chaos and/or wrinkles in your suitcase.

Last but not least, it has a toilet with an anti-fog mirror, a toilet and a built-in single-lever shower set.
