Villa in the countryside for 8 people with private pool near the sea

Close to the sea, Santa Pola, as well as the city of Alicante and near the airport, you will find a very nice quiet villa with private pool 9 x 5 and a wonderful idyllic garden of 2600 m2 with palm trees and tropical plants.

This villa was completely renovated in 2011. Linens, furniture and pool - everything is like new.

We do our best to make our guests feel at home and spend a dream vacation.

In the summer our gardener comes twice a week for the maintenance of the pool and the care of the garden, in the low season once a week.

For stays of 15 days, we change sheets and towels weekly.

Long awaited family holiday

We met Merche on arrival, what a lovely welcome, the villa is amazing in a very secluded location. The villa had everything to make it a home from home, five adults didn't want to come home. We definitely needed a car and the local village has an amazing locals bar called Bar Indalecio, played cards there a few times with a cold drink. Amazing restaurants el balconet and humbaba in the same village , probably some of the best food we've ever had. The villas information book was also very helpful with supermarkets etc. The grounds are beautiful and the pool a very good size. Enjoyed a lot of outdoor dining utilizing the BBQ provided. Will definitely try and stay here again. A big thank you to Birgit one of the best holidays we've had!

Wonderful villa stay

Villa is excellent! It is well equipped and nicely decorated, with stunning terrace and pool. Situated in private and spacious grounds in a rural location just 15 minutes from the airport. Car is a must. Perfect for our family break. The owner is very helpful, great comms.

Family break

The Villa was better than we thought. Very comfortable and well stocked with crockery, utensils and appliances. It is quite isolated so a car is essential. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in Gran Alacant, Santa Pola and Elche, all about 15 mins. drive away.We did have some welcome, surprise guests, a pair of large chameleons joined us on the patio one afternoon! We would recommend the Villa to families and those wanting a quiet retreat.

We booked this beautiful villa to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary together and it was the best villa we have ever stayed in. Everything was perfect! The grounds, the pool, the accommodation - everything was 5*. It was spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated and furnished. It contains everything you need for a relaxing vacation in a perfect location. Great communication too. We love it so much we have rebooked and for longer!

Superb Villa in Excellent Location

Large modern well equipped villa in a very peaceful rural location, excellent size pool with steps. Villa is situated in secure gated grounds, easy access to local amenities and excellent beaches at Santa Pola but car is essential If more than four adults could do with another umbrella round the pool but fantastic overall Would definitely come again

Perfect villa - just beautiful

Amazing villa in an idyllic rural urbanisation with a small playground (swings and slide) about 300m away. It's a very comfortable villa with good sized rooms and lovely open plan family kitchen/dining/living area. Wonderful outdoor space and large pool compliments the villa. Would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a villa in a rural location. It is really quiet and peaceful. A car would be an essential choice as there are no shops in the urbanisation but it is only a few minutes drive to a nearby small supermarket or 15 minutes to Santa Pola.

A very high quality villa

Fantastic villa, very peaceful but close to amenities and the beach (car required). Set in large grounds with plenty of shade, if needed. Superbly appointed with a large, very clean pool. Great communication before and all the way through the stay. This was my second visit and will definitely be returning. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Amazing villa, extremely helpful host Birgit/Merche. A car is essential as nothing within walking distance. Lovely pool, larger than typical, plenty of space inside and out. Highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend the property to others. A car is essential but beaches/ restaurants and everything else you need is only 7/10 mins drive. Communication with the owner was frequent and easy. The pool and gardens are fantastic and the house is well equipped with very comfy beds!

The most Relaxing holiday ever!

Beautiful Villa & Gardens - The pool was superb. Spent most days relaxing in the garden on sun loungers near the pool. Everything is well kept inside and out - really couldn't ask for better. Close to the Airport and instructions given were great, very easy to find. The local Dicost in Valverde has everything needed and there is no need to venture further if you are looking to self cater. Merche was very helpful and freindly, we communicated well using Whatsapp.

Private and Peaceful

Birgit and Merche are wonderful hosts and this is a great place to stay if you want to immerse yourself in Spanish life. A car is ESSENTIAL as even with a Spanish speaker in the family, the taxi service was tricky to navigate. We ended up hiring a car! The photos don't do this place justice. Spotlessly clean with a beautiful pool, the villa has everything you need within gated grounds, which are very private. Even though we arrived late at night, we had a warm welcome from Merche. It is a short distance by car to the large supermarket in Elche and Santa Paolo has lovely restaurants and bars. If you want activities for older teenagers, Alicante is only half an hour by car.

Lovely and immersive

Love the villa out in the country quiet and secure. The only drawback is if you don't have a car you will need to pay a hefty amount in taxi fares. Still the taxi service is reliable. If you want to go to Alicante and live as the Spanish do then stay at this Villa. It had a positive and profound effect on me and my family and now we are seriously considering in retiring in Spain!

The villa is much more beautiful than can be seen in the photos. The villa is really beautiful and the pool is fantastic. The scenery around the villa is amazing. Birgit and Merche were really nice and friendly. Hope to stay there again later this year.
