Grab your bike and travel along the Tweetsie Trail that takes you to Johnson City or walk Elizabethton’s historic downtown. A short drive can take you to the Appalachian Trail, Watauga Lake, Roan Mountain, Bristol, Banner Elk and Boone, NC. You’re also located 5 mi from
Sycamore Shoals Hospital, 14 mi from Johnson City Med Ctr, and 20 mi from Bristol Regional Med Ctr.

The space ~
Welcome to sweet Elizabethton, Tennessee. Enjoy the quaint appeal of a small town that offers quick access to East Tennessee’s most beautiful gifts of nature. Located just ¼ mile from the public boat launch on the well known Watauga River, trophy trout fishing is just steps away. If you prefer hiking, there are multiple access points to the Appalachian Trail within a short drive. Within 15 minutes, you can be on the peaceful waters of Watauga Lake, boating, swimming, or enjoying the fishing as it’s been recently deemed a “Bill Dance Signature Lake.” In 25 minutes you can be in Roan Mountain or enjoy Bristol within half an hour. Skiing and other hiking opportunities can also be found in Banner Elk and Boone, NC, in less than an hour. If you choose to stay close by, hop on your bike and travel along the Tweetsie Trail that takes you to Johnson City or walk Elizabethton’s historic downtown and enjoy shops and local restaurants.

Inside this gorgeous, newly renovated one-level condo, you will find nothing but peace and comfort. Offering 3 bedrooms which are all equipped with smart TVs and premium bedding, 1 bathroom with laundry area, a cozy living room where you can watch TV or choose from a selection of board games, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area. The futon in the bunk room and sofa bed in the
living room offers room for extra guests as well.

Need a hospital in close proximity? You are located 5 miles from Sycamore Shoals Hospital, 14 miles from Johnson City Medical Center, and 20 miles from Bristol Regional Medical Center. You will never want to leave!

We enjoyed our visit at this clean little place. Beds were comfortable and house was clean. We had a issue with the stove top not working, but host was generous and went and bought a electric skillet and griddle for us to use during our stay. We would definetly stay here again if ever in the area.

The back yard was beautifully arranged with lights around the fencing. Updated kitchen and decor. Beds were comfortable too. Nice park for kids 7 minutes away too.

Extremely clean and newly renovated duplex
