Safe, quite location 1 bed 1 bath. Hardwood floors, granite counter tops, and large spacious shower this is a luxury apartment.

This is a quiet and safe neighborhood! Plenty of room for 2 cars to park right outside your apartment. Has a nice walking loop around the complex with a pond.

This was a Great location for my interests and very quiet. The TV only streamed shows however a antenna would get the regular channel. Richard was very helpful with any questions that I had. If you like antique stores and great place to eat(The Whistle Stop!!!) , check out Gelndale . It 's under 10 minutes from this place. I would highly recommend to stay there.

My cousin and I came to stay because we went to louder than life in Louisville. So although it was a bit of a drive everyday, it was a straight shot and much more affordable than anywhere close to the festival. The host was quick to respond if we had any questions. Only thing I would suggest is maybe having some extra pillows and blankets available. But overall, would stay again! Thanks so much! Such a cute little apartment.

Stay was very nice, in a quiet neighborhood and great location. Was under the impression it was a non smoking unit but the unit did smell like cigarettes, was not a problem though. Overall a good stay and would stay again!
