The room and building itself are excellent. Very clean! The staff are super friendly. The breakfast was, well the only thing good was the waffles. Super watered down coffee, orange juice, and apple juice. The biscuits and gravy have to be microwaved. But they was ehhh. But yeah if you want decent real coffee there is a truck stop across the street.

This a super cute very quiet hotel. Under new management like a week new, so give them some grace, but they really tried to make it a great stay. I really only care about quiet, cleanliness, and safety and checked all the boxes.

The first room we were given had a definite odor, so we asked for another room which the clerk gave us but he was definite annoyed with us and defensive. We noticed our second room also had a slight musty smell, so we opened the window for an hour which helped..

Stayed one night on 9/23/25. I would recommend this hotel if staying in Sayre. Pros: Quiet & Very clean. No dirt on vents in bathroom or on the plastic wrapping around the electrical cord on the AC unit. Appeared to have been recently painted or remodeled. This was probably the cleanest hotel room I’ve ever stayed at. Service was excellent. Easy check in. Despite the non-smoking signs posted, the first room offered had been smoked in for a long time. Smelled strong smoke odor as soon as you opened the door, like an ashtray. However, the front desk switched rooms right away. Cons: some rooms have been smoked in. The bed was on the firm side and needs to be upgraded as I could feel springs in the mattress in places. There is no elevator & no ice machine. Breakfast was a little different than at other hotels as it did not include fresh fruit or the typical scrambled eggs or sausage or bacon. There were waffles, boiled eggs and sausage gravy, biscuits, toast, bagels, cereal & yogurt.
