A brand-new build, this lovely home and shop building are lined by trees and tucked on a serene property away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Spend your days under the sunshine, enjoying the sounds of the American River, playing yard games, and lounging back on the lawn furniture with the people you love the most. Downtown Elk City is within close proximity, ensuring your daily needs are met, and numerous great hiking options are at your fingertips.

Walking inside, you will instantly take notice of the home's wood finishes, comfortable furnishings, and playful dog theme. Get comfy on the sofas in the living room as you warm up by the heat of the fireplace. Cooking is a breeze amongst the full kitchen's stainless steel appliances and plentiful counter space. When it's time to eat, feel free to dine inside, or dine al fresco on the wrap-around porch.

The upstairs loft is an excellent spot to sit back and read or tune into your favorite show, whereas the bedrooms have been curated for your comfort with soft quilts and ample natural lighting. The property's shop building boasts additional sleeping arrangements, a laundry area, and extra seating.

As the stars begin to fill the Idaho sky, head for the porch where you can take in unforgettable views under the glow of the twinkle lights.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
