Clean and comfortable

Stayed for a nearby concert. I was worried because there were some bad reviews about cleanliness at other Avid hotels. I was relieved to find my room was clean and comfortable. Especially since the hotel was booked at capacity and I knew changing rooms was not going to be an option.

Very clean and simple concept. All the conveniences we needed were included. Loved the textured floors versus traditional hotel carpet. Our room didn't leave any hint of pets having been in it. I prefer when a hotel has some pet free rooms, as I have allergies to certain breeds. Comfy bed, and I also like the wall hooks provided for convenience. Breakfast area was just what we needed! Thanks!

Good simple stay

The hotel looks new, very clean. Room had everything i needed, not fancy but streamlined. Bed was very comfy, however my AC made squeaky noises much of the night which kept me awake. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. There was a pool i considered using, but wasnt big enough for lap swimming. The area has many restaurants in the vicinity, some within walking distance. I would gladly stay here again.
