The home features two comfortable bedrooms and one full bathroom, comfortably sleeping up to four guests with one queen bed and two twin beds. An additional guest can sleep on the living room couch if needed.

The inviting living room includes a comfortable couch, two accent chairs, a Smart TV, and plenty of space to relax after a day of exploring local wineries and the surrounding mountains. The primary bedroom also features its own Smart TV, making it easy to enjoy your favorite shows from the comfort of bed.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, Keurig coffee maker, and a stunning live-edge island that`s perfect for enjoying breakfast, sharing a meal, or planning your day`s adventures.

There is ample on-site parking with plenty of space for multiple vehicles. Self check-in instructions, including your unique door code, will be provided prior to arrival, making it easy to arrive at your convenience.

Welcome! A few simple rules keep the cottage wonderful for you and every family after you:

- Check-in 4:00 PM / Check-out 10:00 AM.
- Up to 5 guests, matching your reservation.
- Quiet hours 10:00 PM-8:00 AM. Please be considerate of neighbours.
- No parties or events.
- No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
- Pets welcome - up to 2, with a $100 pet fee. Please clean up after them and don`t leave them unattended unless crated.

Fire pit: check for a local burn ban before you light it, never leave it unattended, and put it fully out with water before you turn in.

On your way out, pop the key back in the lockbox, and if you used the hose please shut the water off at the spigot.

Report any damage straight away - honest guests are never penalised for accidents.

Staying past check-out without approval is charged as one additional night at your nightly rate.
