At one point on my first night stay my heater stopped working they sent maintenance over immediately. The gentleman looked at my heater and when he couldn’t get it working he went and got me a new room. It took me less then half an hour to get into a new room and the maintenance guy went into the new room and made sure the heater was working properly before he helped me bring my stuff into the new room

The room was clean, staff was friendly, food at the restaurant was amazing. However, the mini fridge in the room barely got cold, the coffee pot didn't work too well. Our stay was lovely, I just wish the room we rented didn't have such cheap appliances considering we paid a lot for the room

The bed in the room should have been replaced long ago. It was lumpy, sunken in the middle. The pillows were just as bad. The television wouldnt turn on. finally got it to turn on
