Little River Cottage - Tiny Beach for Enjoying and Welcoming Backyard Retreat

A quiet and secluded Cottage with access to a tiny beach on the Elk River where you can sit with your tea or coffee and watch the sunrise and sunset, right across the lane.

You are also welcome to sit in our secluded, peaceful backyard and enjoy time in our garden and enjoy making some s'mores and memories around our backyard fire pit.

We are also only 10 minutes away from the adorable town of North East with wonderful dining, antiquing and lovely little shops all along the walkable Main Street, as well as being surrounded by walkable State Parks with beaches and walking trails.

Also, don't forget the many attractions of Baltimore and Philadelphia, which are both only around an hour's drive away, while DC is only an hour and a half drive.

Finally, if any of you would like to interact with our chickens, you're welcome to make the half an hour drive to our sister property where you can spend some time with them and even pick fresh eggs!

Wonderful Cottage
We had a great stay at Little River Cottage; it was immaculately clean and everything we needed was there. We walked over and took in the sights of the river and we would have made use of the fire pit, but it rained the evening we planned to use it. This is a great property, it precisely met our needs. I give it a two big thumbs up!!

We just loved the Little River Cottage! So inviting and private. Sunny interior, beautiful yard, cute chickens. We loved relaxing at the cottage, then heading off for North East and Chesapeake City. We highly recommend a stay at the Cottage!

AHHHH-MAZING!!!
I can't say enough about this property and its owners Rebecca and David! Such a quiet, quaint place. Easy instructions for what needed them. The place was spotless and everything looked brand new, with a touch of old like the wrought iron fence, the hinges on the interior doors, etc. Great places to sit and relax outside and in. Rebecca and David answered all of my questions with very friendly responses, even their chickens are friendly! I will definitely be returning!
