Great stay with amazing views
Beautiful river views. Really clean and nicely maintained property. I liked the location which was close to Chesapeake City and reasonable to Elk Neck. We had five and it held us well. It is on the small side but with great outdoor spaces . Hot tub was a nice addition. The host was easy to get a hold of. Wouldn't hesitate to go again

Cute and oh so relaxing
Our stay at the Sunset shack was just wonderful. If I needed anything Jessica got right back to me. The views from that deck are just so beautiful and relaxing we never wanted to leave the house. And my son spent a large amount of time in the Jacuzzi. The beds are really really comfortable. The house is adorably decorated with nautical and Maryland touches. Thank you for such a delightful stay!! We’ll be back!

Lovely spot!
Very comfortable, clean, right on the water cottage. Short drive to Chesapeake City which is charming. From lovely deck spotted eagles, blue herons and tons of osprey.

Cute Cottage stay
My husband, two dogs and myself had a wonderful time staying at the cottage. It was really cute and clean. The views are amazing, and beds- comfortable. We were visiting family nearby so the cottage was perfect to relax in the evening after a full day of visiting. We hope to return to the cottage in the nearby future. We highly recommend!!

Wonderful & Relaxing Getaway
My mom, sisters & myself had a few days away at this cottage and we truly enjoyed ourselves. The pictures are very accurate, the host thought of everything and it was just so relaxing with the beautiful view. We are familiar with the area, so we enjoyed being so close to so many things. The beds were comfortable and cottage was very clean. Very thoughtful host!!!! Great communication as well and easy check in/check out. Thank you Jessica!

Perfect Getaway
This place had beautiful views that were perfect for sunset. The house was super clean and very inviting. There was a hot tub, outdoor shower, a fire pit and super comfortable beds. What more would you want? If you are considering this place to relax and getaway for a couple days, just do it.

Our hostess and owner was very attentive and answered all our questions within minutes. The house was beautifully layed out and extremely clean. Everything you would need for a stay was there from kitchen to bathroom. The view of Elk river was awesome and the hot tub capped it all!

Adorable cottage with stunning views
This tastefully designed cottage was just perfect for our weekend getaway. Home owners was incredibly responsive and so helpful. The cottage was perfect for our needs & we loved the close proximity to our home in Philadelphia. Great loop for walking around the neighborhood. We loved exploring nearby Chesapeake City & Northeast. Both quaint water villages with so much charm. Visitors will be enchanted by the cottage & it’s surroundings.
