The pictures on VRBO were very accurate. The cabin was nicely set up, enjoyed having 3 king beds so no one needed to draw sticks!! It was the first time we have taken our dog on a vacation as she usually stays with a dog sitter. Even she enjoyed her stay.

This is a well maintained and well stocked cabin. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and updated. The wifi worked well. We were very pleased with the cabin and the responsive hosts! The location is easy to access, but a distance from the Coosawatee property gate. We would certainly consider this property again.

Wonderful!

Our stay at Bucks & Bourbon was wonderful. The cabin is located on a quiet cul de sac with plenty of privacy. The cabin was so comfortable, warm and welcoming. The kitchen is very well stocked. The hosts are wonderful and responsive. Highly recommend!

Great Grandchild Family Hang out

Loved the property and location. It was PERFECT for our family. Brought our first grandchild to the lodge and my 86 year old parents (Great Grand Parents). Great walks; played games; hot tub; ping pong; went into Ellijay multiple times; spa; clubhouse; hiking; ATV; most of all sitting around the outside fire talking with family and eating smores. The ideal getaway from our crew.

Beautiful escape

Overall this place was amazing….. it had almost everything you could want and the setting was beautiful and peaceful!!! I only wish we had more time to enjoy it! Hopefully one day we will be able to return for longer stay! The only complaint I had and I hate to even mention was the hot tub was not clean and was kind of a big deal as this was one of the main amenities that attracted us to the property…. While the property manager came out to clean it somewhat …. I did not feel comfortable getting in based on the condition we found it. The location is a little treacherous to get to… if you are willing to drive it …. It is worth the adventure! Again overall it was amazing and would definitely consider coming back. The owners were very considerate and attentive! Thanks again

First of all, I feel the pictures online do not do justice in showing just how nice, clean and spacious this property really is. We had a Family of 11 along with one small dog and The property accommodated us beautifully. The sleeping accommodations were perfect and the beds extremely comfortable. The woods around us were also amazing allowing us to see a lot of wildlife and also allowed us to have a lot of privacy while hanging outside. The owners were very attentive and quick to respond to any questions that we had. Highly recommend!

Siblings Getaway

For our annual siblings and spouses getaway, this was the perfect home w/ 3 king size bedrooms with dedicated bathrooms. We spent much of our time around the outdoor fireplace. Loved the privacy.

Perfect Getaway with Friends!!

This cabin was absolutely perfect! So thoughtfully decorated and curated to make guests feel so comfortable. I loved that we had so much space with 6 adults + 4 kids + a dog!! Having the kennels available was such a nice touch. We loved the hot tub and using the outer deck for eating and games. The kitchen area was a perfect gathering area for meals and games. We are already planning our return in 2024!

Ellijay Trip

Myself, two grown daughters and 4 grandchildren (ages 7-14) spent 5 days. The cabin is very nice. Plenty of room to spread out. We saw deer every day. We went, tubing, kayaking, hiked Amicalola Falls and rode horses. We enjoyed downtown Ellijay and Blue Ridge. Would definitely stay there again. Our host was very helpful and stayed in touch with any question or assistance we might need.
