Experience the serenity of the North Georgia Mountains at this dog-friendly cabin in the Coosawattee River Resort community in Ellijay! With access to shared amenities like a pool and tennis court, this beautiful home offers multiple fireplaces as well as a foosball table, a private hot tub, and a firepit with seating. Relax out on the furnished deck while reading your favorite novel, enjoy playing games with family and friends, or gather around the flatscreen TV to watch your favorite movies and shows.

What's nearby:
The Coosawattee River Resort offers a recreation center with a pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, and a miniature golf course. Venture away from the resort and fish along the Coosawattee River or visit the nearby orchards and vineyards. Just 10 miles away, the town of Ellijay offers seasonal festivals, restaurants, and boutique shops.

The resort has updated how guests gain access to the amenities on site. The guest will be responsible for purchasing amenity passes at the POA office. Monday-Saturday 9 am- 5 pm. Amenity passes are $59 per card. Each card allows 4 guests to use the amenities during the reservation dates. The POA only takes checks or money orders for payments.

The outdoor pools are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day only.

Fireplaces are operable from October 1st – April 15th only.

Cabin has great bones, but really needs to be updated. Couch has a large tear on the top/back of the left side, towel bar coming out of the wall upstairs, downstairs is completely unfinished with open storage area. Probably a 5 star spot 10-15 yrs ago

Private and clean!

Cabin was very clean and very private for being in a gated community! We had a great time and the community pool was not very far away which was nice. Over all the inside was very clean and everything was provided. The only problem was the grill, we got steak and corn to cook on the grill, but we could only get one burner to work. And the porches, chairs and tables outside were covered in pollen which we understand since it was wooded from ever side. Over all it was a very nice cabin and I would stay there again.

Nice mountain getaway

This house is prettier in person, I don’t think the pictures online quite do it justice. Perfect for six people, we really enjoyed our stay. Pros: clean enough, comfortable, quiet. Even though it’s in a community, the houses are spread far enough apart that it still feels private. Roads were windy and the driveway was quite steep, but do-able even for us Florida folk. Loved the back porch, gas fireplace, hot tub, and fire pit. Cooked a yummy Thanksgiving meal and enjoyed playing cornhole after. Beautiful stargazing on a cold, clear, night! Cons: on VRBO the address is listed as Lemmon Lane, but Lemmon DRIVE is actually correct. Use Google maps, not Apple maps!!! Google will take you to the right address now matter whether you use Lane or Drive, but Apple will take you to the WRONG place if you put in Lane. This inconsistency led to part of our party getting quite lost.The house could have been better stocked with essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and cleaning supplies — we had to go buy our own. The property is maintained by a management company, and although they were very good about communicating and sending check in/check out info, when I reached out with specific questions I received general answers from different people each time. Just felt a little impersonal and concerning if a pressing issue should arise. Overall, pros outweighed the cons and we did have a good time.

Such a perfect cabin for a quick mountain getaway! Very clean and well stocked. Extra steep driveway, and be careful to put in the correct address into GPS since we couldn’t find it for while. Directions were sent to Lemmon dr and I’m the cabin is on Lemmon lane.

This cabin was beautiful. The view from the hot tub was great & the beds were super comfy. It is maybe 10 mins from being near downtown. We did have just a minor set back with the ac but we was able to get that fixed with great communication😀 overall would definitely stay here again

About our stay at Lemmon Dr in elljay GA

We begged for air code so we could adjust since owner has it locked, but was never received. Due to this 3 of our party of 6 was not feeling well most of the trip. Also banged my toe on a nail sticking out of wood on second step from bottom going to level on. Not a biggie for most but it is for a diabetic :(. Really wanted this to be a new spot we travel alot hopefully you all can win us over because at this time we aren't happy.

Great but if I were the owner I would want to know

Inside property was clean to perfection. Few minor things to note. We did spend hours killing fruit flies upon arrival and for days after. Outside had bird poop on chairs and balcony and everywhere that you would normally enjoy. We would have really liked to have an access card to get into and out of the neighborhood instead of getting into the entrance each time through verbal communication with a security guard. At one point we were denied entrance until we sought out a supervisor. Major pain to go through that. Awesome overall. Thank you for the great stay!

Last minute anniversary getaway

We rented a cabin for my family to celebrate our anniversary. Unfortunately, our trip was canceled due to a burst pipe two days before our arrival. We found ourselves scrambling through Vrbo listings looking for a last minute booking. I reserved Fox Hollow less than 24 hours before our expected arrival, and the staff at Vacasa provided all of the info we needed to check in on time. They even texted me during our stay to see if we needed anything. The cabin was perfect for my family of four, and there was more than enough room. The kitchen is very well equipped with pots/pans and utensils. There are several movies and puzzles provided, along with a foosball table and nice big hot tub. The deck is furnished with a large table and chairs for outside dining, and there are several chairs for lounging and enjoying the great weather. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would recommend this property to any family or group who is looking for a 2/3 bedroom cabin in the Ellijay area for up to 6 guests.

Nice long getaway weekend

We were not told there was a code to get into the gate is there was no attendant. By the way there was never an attendant at this entrance but Property Management was able to provide us with a code to use. We had issues with the lockbox it was a little difficult to get into. Also the hot tub wouldn't heat up we had to call and get assistance with that otherwise it was a great trip.

Clean, Nice Hot Tub yet Uncomfortable

The home was very clean. We loved the hot tub (must be heated for hours for use). Very secluded and private. The furniture is extremely uncomfortable, especially the Master bed. The couch and chairs are worn and you often feel like you are sinking. Avoid if you have back issues! The home is a good size and well stocked but does not have a frying pan. We loved the tranquility of the surroundings and games in the basement. We liked the house overall but wouldn’t stay there again due to the condition of the furniture.

Vacasa lack of follow through on communication and the treatment from Coosawatee gate staff was unacceptable Every day our gate code did not work and each time we were delayed. The day of check out the gate had us checking out 9/1 and my reservation was through 9/4 I was ordered out of the line to enter the gate and actually “ threatened “ if I did not remove my car from gate I waited 30 mins on hold with Vacasa to obtain entry which delayed us from meeting our transportation to return home . Even though the home was very nice I would never use Vacasa rentals or stay in Coosawatee Resort again
