Lovely hosts, lovely camper.
didn’t know what to expect while staying in a camper, since this was our first time.
Definitely doing it again. Hopefully all our future experiences will match this one.
The camper was not only as described but really pleasantly and thoughtfully decorated and supplied, well made and maintained (just a year old), very comfortable bed, all the cooking equipment you may need on a vacation.
Also, we made good use of the outdoor grill and a fire pit the hosts so graciously provided.
Thank you Rebekah and Matt!
Less than a half mile away there’s Main Street Ellsworth. Finn’s Irish Pub and Airline Brewing Company Pub are worth a visit. We’ve got our lobster rolls at Dorr Lobster Seafood Market.
Acadia National Park is 16 miles away. Park your car at the main entrance, pay the fee, then and use the shuttles throughout the park, at no extra charge. Drop offs, pick ups at all points of interest. So many hikes, so little time.
Overall a great experience, should have stayed for a week, at least.
