RUDE and UNFRIENDLY!!! Too unwelcoming AND FINICKY for hospitality. This AWFUL place is like a dorm for children or a PRISON CAMP. NOT for people who are there to see friends or family. No this no that no visitors and I'm watching you on CCTV. RIPPED ME OFF!!! Kept all my money even though I said I wasn't comfortable and cancelled. I could have understood if they kept some of my money but ALL??? And I didn't stay a day??? RIP OFF!!! MISERABLE!!! RUDE!!! DO NOT GO!!!!
