Cosy village house in the centre of Els Poblets, very well kept, with capacity for 4 people.
The house is distributed on two floors, the ground floor has a spacious living-dining room with wood burning fireplace, open plan fully equipped kitchen with direct access to a semi-covered terrace with awning, and a toilet. On the 1st floor, there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
The house is fully equipped, with air conditioning (hot/cold) in kitchen, living-dining room and bedrooms, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, Spanish TV and TV-SAT (ASTRA), internet wifi, terrace furniture, electric radiator in the bathroom and kitchen, gas cooker, etc.The sandy beach is about 2 km away. Els Poblets is a small and charming coastal village with a good infrastructure of stores, bars, restaurants. Denia and its environments provide a very good infrastructure and a huge offer of leisure activities, a mondern Marina and a fishing port, an attractive historic centre and an enormous choice of good restaurants. Last but not least an interesting night live! The diversified 20 km long sandy beach offers something for everyone, water sport activities, calm areas, beach bars, cliffy bays in the nature reserve, great for diving and snorkeling. Denia is situated halfway between Valencia and Alicante, both airports are at about 1 hour 10 minutes driving by car. Within 20 minutes to max. 1 hour you can reach several other lovely places on the coast, i.e. Javea, Calpe, Altea, Benidorm, an Alicante in the south, as well as Oliva, Gandia and Valencia in the north. Also a trip to the back country is worth to do, you will see lots of orange groves, almond trees and quaint villages between green hills and mountains. There are 2 renowned golf courses at only 10 km from the villa: La Sella and Oliva Nova Golf.For long term stays (28 days or more) there are special prices, therefore additional charges may apply, such as Wifi, water and electricity according to consumption.
