A full kitchen awaits you with a standard gas cooking stove, cast iron pans, and everything you need to cook a feast. Admire gorgeous views of the lake through the expansive windows while reading, enjoying your morning coffee, or cuddling up by the stove after a long day of adventure. This is the perfect place to unwind with family after a day of exploring town, paddling, fishing, hunting, or playing right out in front of the cabin on the lake and private swimming area. With an acre of property, it's both quiet and private.

The separate bedroom boasts a comfortable queen bed (Simmons Beautyrest), luxury cotton linens, and down bedding, ensuring a good night's sleep for guests. Listen to loons while you fall asleep.

With Starlink WiFi available and Verizon cell phone reception, you can stay connected during your stay.

Please note: this is a 'dry' cabin, common to the Northwoods - meaning it has electricity but does NOT have running water. However, there is a weekly serviced outhouse outside, and plenty of drinking & dish-washing water provided, with a full sink, stove, microwave & refrigerator. It's like glamping, but better!

This unique 450sf cabin boasts original vintage 1950's details, meticulously maintained, so please care for this special place as you would your own. :)

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please hand-wash the dishes before you leave with hot water and soap. You can use the electric kettle to heat the water and the dish pan provided. There are disposable plates and cups provided too.
Please remove bedding from the bed and any towels you used (washcloths, kitchen towels, etc) and place them in the dirty linens bag located in the storage closet adjacent to the kitchen.
If you need to dispose of trash bags and recycling during your stay, place these items in the appropriate cans near the woodpile next to the outbuilding. Otherwise, the housekeeper will handle after.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
