Very disappointed

Unfortunately, this hotel was a huge disappointment to my family. The pool heater was broke “for months now” and my kids were so excited to swim. The water was freezing cold. We stayed 2 nights, and the first morning had a great selection of breakfast items, well stocked. The second morning, there was hardly anything! It’s like they just left out stuff from the day before and they were out of everything. Then there was loud music (bass) playing during the night. I brought these concerns to the front desk at check out and the man literally said nothing. No apology, nothing. He said “do you want a receipt? Bye”.

New to this town and area, needed a nice place to stay and was very happy we stayed here. Beds were very comfy. Enjoyed the spacious room. Breakfast in the morning was great. Hotel and rooms were clean. Only downside was the AC on our room. Wasn’t working that great. We only stayed one night. The town itself didn’t have many restaurants nearby. Only a few.

Location was great. Very clean and comfortable. Sad that the town looks depressed with a lot of what looks like nostalgic places boarded up and abandoned. Hope the charm comes back some day.

The hotel was in excellent condition. It appeared new but wasn't. Quick checkin and she recommended a place for dinner when we asked. Our room was spotless. They had pillows labeled if soft. Great breakfast with large variety.
