Welcome to the 75 sqm 'Faller' holiday apartment in Oberprechtal, located on a family-friendly farm and accommodating up to 6 guests. The apartment features 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink. Two of the double rooms each have their own shower and sink. There is also a separate guest toilet for your convenience. The well-equipped private kitchen includes a filter coffee machine, oven, microwave, and a fridge with freezer compartment. Amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, washing machine, and a high chair for families with children.



Enjoy your private balcony and open terrace to experience the peaceful atmosphere of the farm. As a typical rural accommodation in the Black Forest, occasional animal sounds from the neighborhood—such as a rooster crowing—are part of the authentic country life.
