Featured on the ground level is a rec room with Smart TV, games, and an adjoining kitchenette, two bedrooms one with King and another bedroom with B (S up, D down). Outstanding floor plan; beautifully designed and professionally decorated. Covered and open decks with furniture, porch rockers, and park-style charcoal grill. Poolside tiki hut with wet bar.
