We were very satisfied with our stay. Its about a 3 minute walk to the beach, but alot of stairs. My only opposition here is the 4 levels. 1st level is the garage. Which has the ping pong table and a refrigerator. There are also extra chairs, umbrellas, etc. Byo cooler.2nd level is another entrance, washer, dryer, 1st bedroom, bath, 2nd bedroom, bath. Third level is the kitchen, half bathroom, dining room, and living room. 4th level is a full bedroom and bathroom, shower only. So if you plan to travel with older people or handicapped, it may not be suitable. Clean, very well stocked, and fast communication with host.

PRIME location

This property is 2nd row but you are LITERALLY about 60 seconds from the beach. So, a great location with beach and ocean views from the two decks. The stairs from level to level are...steep in my opinion and a little tricky to navigate at their bottom. (My wife had a little slip but nothing major). There's a ping pong table in the garage. You really only have neighbors on one side of the property so the location is pretty quiet. We were there in February which is a quiet time of year anyway. Recommended!

Wonderful beach week!

The weather was great (first week in October) and so was the house. Perfect for our family group of 5 adults. Beach access directly across the street to a very uncrowded area of the beach. The house was 100% clean and more well stocked than any beach house we have visited (pots and pans, kitchen supplies, hand and dish soap, towels, beach towels, sheets already on the beds, etc). Only suggestion might be to re-arrange kitchen cabinets to create an empty cabinet for use as a pantry. We would definitely return; thank you!

Great property! Private even though semi-attached. Vacant lot on one side and public beach access directly across the street. Going to the beach could not have been easier. AND! the public beach access is not highly trafficked so there is always plenty of open beach space when you go! House was great- clean, everything worked, exactly as it looks in photos.

We LOVED our stay!! The property was not only clean but very well stocked. Had we know how well stocked, we could have packed lighter. We didn’t want for anything our entire stay. Beds were comfortable and we all slept well. Will definitely rebook.

Great house

Such a nice house with a perfect setting. The house was clean and very well splinted. The location was excellent, near all sorts of stores and restaurants. The view from the master was amazing and the beds were very comfortable. While the stairs are daunting and definitely not for those with mobility issues, my legs eventually adjusted. The hike to the beach up the stairs of the boardwalk could also be an issue for some. We greatly enjoyed the home and the communication with the owners was fantastic. I hope to be able to stay here again.

We loved this beach house

When looking for a house this master bedroom caught our eye, it did not disappoint. The kitchen is spacious and very well supplied. Oh thank you for the comfortable furniture. There have been houses we have been to that that uncomfortable furniture and beds were an issue, but not this one. A short walk down the beach will take you to Surfs Up restaurant and the pier. Our favorite restaurant was Gaffers, do not try to eat their Nachos by yourself. Overall this home was fantastic. We are already planing on coming back and hoping we can rent this home again.
