Newly Renovated, 1 min walk to beach, 3rd Row Emerald Isle Beach House

This 3rd row oceanside duplex is newly renovated and ready for your beach vacation. This upper level unit is so close to the beach you can hear the waves crashing from every room. A short one minute walk and your toes are in the sand! The best part of this house is the location on the island! The beach is peaceful and not too crowded yet you're still located right in town just minutes away from all the restaurants, shopping and attractions on Emerald Isle.

The space
Renovations just completed and everything is new. With space for 8 people, this house is the perfect place to gather with family or friends. Enjoy peaks of ocean views from the deck while relaxing after a day on the beach. The house is split as an upper unit and a lower unit. This listing is for the upper level duplex. You will have the entire upstairs for yourself with all the privacy you could want!

Easy Beach Access: The closest beach access is to the left only steps and is a sand path with no stairs (super easy for kids and wagons). It's only a 1min walk to the beach! The other is to the right of the house and is a nice boardwalk with steps.

Pack N Play available for use

We have an outdoor shower! The full enclosure is a work in process but it is fully functional and there for you to use! It is shared with the lower unit.

Kitchen: fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, blender, microwave, toaster, dishware, flatware, basic cooking utensils. The dining table can comfortably fit 8 people.

Cleaning supplies (laundry detergent, dish soap, hand soap, etc) and paper products provided to get you through the beginning of your stay but not provided for the entire length of your stay.

Towels & Linens Included: Bath towels and bed linens are provided at no charge to our guests. NOTE: We have at least 4 beach chairs available for use. However, do bring your own beach towels and extra beach chairs, or you may arrange to rent these from Island Essentials or Beach Butler.

Parking: Onsite, in front of the property, 4 cars

Porch: The stairs on the porch have gates at the top so if you have young kids you can relax and not worry about them going down when you're not looking.

Fast Wifi! We sometimes work and school from the beach, so we’ve made sure to have High-speed Wifi throughout the house. There is a workstation/desk.

Guest access
Guests access the home via the front door using the keypad.

No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. $500 Minimum Smoking Fee

Security: We have 4 exterior security cameras. Three are located at the front of the house and one at the back.

Quiet time: 10pm - 7am. The downstairs unit is used for family and friends. If it's occupied please be respectful of the quiet hours.

No parties or events.

No pets allowed - We love our furry friends but ask that you leave them at home so all guests can enjoy the house regardless of allergies.

This home was perfect for our family of four adults with comfortable beds, clean, modern bathrooms and an open central floor plan. The pictures are accurate but can't quite capture how spacious the living area actually is. The location is perfect for beach access, taking walks or morning runs along with proximity to activities and shopping. Jessica was highly responsive when I asked questions prior to our visit. One of the best accommodations I ever booked!

Just book it! Jessica has thought of everything. When you walk in, the decor is very clean and welcoming. Plenty of dishes, kitchen items & necessities. Beach supplies were also a great plus! Perfect Beach Home

We enjoyed our beach vacation in your home! We arrived to a clean and updated open space for family gathering. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking tools allowing us to enjoy family meals. The location was convenient for a quick walk to the beach. It was obvious the owners recently renovated which included comfortable furnishings and tasteful decorations. The owners were easy to work with, provided great communication, and we highly recommend!

Perfect in every way!

We very much enjoyed our stay! The house is beautifully updated and decorated and exactly as described in the pictures. Jessica was an excellent host; she answered any questions we had about the house and area. We would definitely stay here again!
