I have rented VRBOs on multiple occasions and have always found the properties as shown. The property was not in the same condition as the pictures that were posted in listing. The 3rd floor had multiple vents that had what appeared to be black mold, as well as ceiling around light fixture.One of the ceiling registers was actually falling out of ceiling. The cold air registers were covered with thick dust and had moisture trails. There was mold in ice maker on 1st floor.The elevator was out of service for 50 hours, after repair there was no light inside.I do apologize for not stripping beds according to your instructions because I did not use my computer while on vacation. We assumed it would be posted on location. But I spent time trouble shooting and waiting for the management people to come and look at elevator they turned off the alarm and promised to send someone next day...The Elevator repair person came 2 days later after I called them a second time. He told us that the elevator needed major work because it has not been maintained.Friday evening I had to again trouble shoot the problem with air conditioner, they brought a portable unit, it was not sufficent.Sorry if this is all over we just got home and I saw this email and wanted to let you know.There were many other things as well the family before us had written down in log, none of those had been addressed....SincerelyRebecca CornellI have photos if you are interested
