This property is located in the Village Creek area in Encinitas. Village Creek homes are within 4 parks in Encinitas including Leo Mullen Sports Park, Scott Valley Park, Oakcrest County Park and Little Oaks Park. You are just down Rancho Santa Fe Road from Encinitas Ranch Golf Course and Rancho Santa Fe Golf Course so you can always find time to sneak in 18 holes of fun! You can always get out of your Village Creek homes and go running by the San Elijo Lagoon and bike riding by the San Dieguito Reservoir! Village Creek homes are some of the best in Encinitas as you are near the beach, near the hills and within so many parks!

The whole home is yours! This home is only rented out during summers and the owners do have some of their personal belongs in the garage and put away in miscellaneous locations. Please be respectful of their things! We have tried to place them in locations that minimally impact guests, and it likely will only be noticed in the garage by the washer/dryer.

We have 4 bedrooms and a total of 6 beds. We would recommend this property to groups no longer than 8 in size, but can allow for additional guests if required.

The pool is able to be heated and has a built in hot tub. Please be aware that you are responsible for your own actions at the pool, and we do not have safety barriers set up for children.

By the pool, the patio is set up with an outdoor dining table and lounge space.

We have a family room and living room that are set up with an open floor plan.
