The hotel was mediocre at best. Overall, the room was just okay. It was not completely clean, quite dusty, and felt worn out, unlike a fresh hotel room. There were rust and old stains all over the bathroom. This low level of quality isn’t what you expect at a Crowne Plaza. The front desk staff was okay. They weren’t very friendly, but at least they maintained professionalism. Check-in was quick and smooth. However, the price we paid for one night didn't seem worth it, especially given the room and property quality. Overall, I felt somewhat disappointed with my stay at a Crowne Plaza.

Very old hotel no enough light in the room not water for drink AC very old and u can't control elevator requires more than 15 min to move thru one floor . Dryer notworking after we paid . Breakfast is very limited and repeat. Was very bad staying. Nothing near to hotel .

Average older hotel, clean, and fairly close to NYC. There is a restaurant on site with pub food offered but no liquor licence. There is no restaurant in walking distance. Our room 403 was extremely noisy due to the hotel’s huge exhausts fans close by.
