This beautifully furnished walk to beach pool home is situated within minutes to Five Beaches! Manasota Beach and Middle Beach are closest with Englewood Beach, Venice Beach, and Stump Pass all within a short drive.
Spacious 2 bedroom house with sunroom for indoor/outdoor living.
On entry into the home there is nice front porch to enjoy a morning coffee or read a book overlooking the expansive front garden and quiet street.
Once into the home there is a comfortable sectional and chair, cocktail tables and large flat screen tv on the wall.
Small casual dining area off the open fully equipped kitchen. Large laundry room with washer and dryer.
The bedrooms are tastefully decorated and equipped, master having a king size bed and its own shower room and guest bedroom has queen size bed which leads to full bathroom.
Heading out through the sliders you come into the expansive Florida room where you will probably spend most of your time as it comprises of very comfortable seating areas with another tv, and beautiful long large dining table for gatherings.
This room can be opened up to enjoy the Florida sunshine as it leads onto the pool area.
The pool is about 14 x 26 and private to neighbors and screened to keep the bugs out. Comfortable lounge chairs for relaxing in the sun and there is even a nice outside super cute private shower to enjoy, al fresco showers!
Home has garage, and is fully air-conditioned.
Enjoy a walk in the evenings to Manasota Beach and there are beach chairs and umbrellas and coolers to take to beach.
Home is extremely well furnished and equipped - owner has thought of everything to make guests comfortable for return visits.

Fantastic Stay
The pool was the main attraction for the twins of course. The house was roomy and we all enjoyed it so much.My only complaint is the chairs by the pool, they weren’t very comfortable. Your flowers were gorgeous. The outside shower was a bonus for sure

Beautiful home
This home is amazing! There are so many things that made me love it. The living room is large with plenty of seating. The dining room has a table for two. If you need more room the closed in lanai has a large table for six, two couches, a chair, and a television. The pool area is just outside the lanai. The kitchen is small but functional. The washroom is a nice size that also leads out to the one car garage. The only thing in my opinion, is that the king size mattress and boxspring should be replaced. The property manager, Lesley, was on top of things if we needed her.
We picked this home because it was so close to Manasota beach. Maybe five minutes. We will definitely be staying here again when we go back to Florida.
