First of all the name Beach House implies that its a house on the beach, i paud more than I should have with the expectation that I was renting a beach house.The room was sub par on a busy road far from the beach next to a night club with music until late. No heat, a broken window and an unkept property. The fold out bed had dirty linens. The bathroom was located in the bedroom so we had to sleep with the bedroom door open to allow access to the bathroom. There was one pot, one skillet and a large spoon. A used sponge and all of the plates and selverware were out as decorations. The pillows were flat and the floor was coming apart. Nothing at all like advertised. The people were nuce but other than that I was super disappointed and felt almost cheated. We paid extra for breakfast and got a flat turkey sandwich and a cup of coffee for breakfast. That's not breakfast!. Very disappointed and deceived!

This is by far not a 4 star hotel . Toilet broke and reported to get it fixed then they said it was fixed and kept being broken. Very loud atmosphere and could not get to sleep at all.

The kitchen was poorly equipped. The last time we stayed there was in February 24 and it was poorly equipped then although it had a cooking pot. This time we brought a frying pan but there was no pot. Aside from the poorly equipped kitchen, the staff was super nice and accommodating. The desk clerk on our first day tried to find us a pot. Housekeeping was super nice as well. The kitchen really needs more if you’re going to rent it as a suite with kitchenette.

Our room at uliv was clean, comfortable, location is central, great powerful shower, safe parking , pool , jacuzzi (must ask staff to heat jacuzzi if you want to use it) fast WiFi, cable tv with many channels, there is a bar/club next door which plays loud music but seemed to stop around 11pm, if you get a room closer to this bar , maybe the music might bother you, (no fault whatsoever of uliv) also some traffic noise which didn’t bother us , overall a good stay at a great price.
