Property needs updating and several items not working in the room: both tvs not working, toaster not working, screen from balcony door laying on the balcony, ice machine not working. If you need this location on the way to crystal mountain and national park east entrance, it is a great location.

Cabin and outdoors were very clean. Staff was super friendly and very helpful. The only y negative was using the worn out cooking utensils. Buy some new pots and pans and measuring cups.

This lodge was even better than expected. It was everything you wanted to be when you’re on an outdoor adventure trip especially near the national park and it was not far from everything we wanted to get to and the experience was just great. The staff went above and beyond for me and my elderly mother and I appreciate them so much. They helped me to get an appropriate room to help her mobility and I was not even asking for that and I appreciate all their help. We will definitely be staying here every time we come in this area and we’ll be bringing our family back as well. One of the best days I’ve had in a long time with beautiful views and just an overall great experience. . The pools were dirty and did not appear to be well maintained. The receptionist said she would bring the logs for the bonfire to our room, but she never did. The kitchen appliances were in poor condition and did not work properly. The air conditioning never worked correctly throughout our stay, making the room very uncomfortable.
