Appartement très spacieux, assez lumineux malgré un côté de l'appartement fermée, l'immeuble et les communs sont un peu veillot, mais l'appartement est bien refait a neuf, il manque plusieurs petites choses dans la cuisine (casseroles, plat a tarte, plus de couverts/assiettes pour pouvoir utiliser le lave vaisselle), dans l'ensemble tres bien et bien situés
