The accommodation comprises
- A 17 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, dining area and stove
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC

Outside area :
- A 14 m² balcony with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The cottage is ideally located in Eppe-Sauvage, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.

Activities :
- Centre Aquatica: water in all its forms and for all tastes. Discover the calm of the swimming pool and the red ball of the large leisure pool that will delight wave lovers. Finally, the benefits of steam in the saunas and hammam will offer visitors to the relaxation area the chance to unwind and relax.
- Water sports: on the lakeshore, the Maison des Sports et de la Nature is equipped with catamarans, windsurfers, kayaks and stand-up paddles. It has a clubhouse, classrooms and changing facilities with showers, toilets and lockers, and is open all year round to those who want to learn or improve their sailing skills.

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
