Nearby, a myriad of water sports and activities are offered like sailing, sand-yachting, sea kayaking, boat hire, boat trips. The balneotherapy spa center in Erdeven offers special rates for guests who stay here, so you can relax after a day filled with water adventures and golf. This unit can comfortably sleep up to 4 guests, but can sleep a total of 6.

After relaxing, retreat to our cozy LIVING SPACE. Curl up and enjoy local programming on our TV. You can easily connect with friends and family back home, courtesy of the complimentary Wi-Fi. Tidy up your space using the cleaning kit, available for €6/kit.

In the KITCHENETTE you'll find a set of 4 ceramic hobs, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a kettle, and a toaster. Start your morning with a cup of coffee, fresh from our in-suite coffee machine.

There are a number of other amenities you're sure to enjoy when you stay at Prestige Residence Le Château de Kéravéon where our 45m2 space is conveniently located. Guest services are available on-site to ensure a stress-free stay.

LOCAL FAVOURITES

The Saint Laurent golf course (9 and 18 holes) is only 5 minutes away. The Baden, Ploemeur, Queven and Sauzon, golf courses are also in the area. Spend time lounging on the sandy beaches; enjoy some solitude and peace on remote Kerhillio Plage beach. If the sea isn't your thing, go paintballing, go-karting, or quad biking!

• Some of these residences accept pets at an additional charge of €80/pet/week or €16/pet/night for stays under 7 nights. Pets must have current vaccinations, be microchipped/tattoed and on leash inside the residence.
• Outdoor parking is free!
• TV may only offer channels in French

• Baby kit rental (crib + high chair + bathtub) : 9€/day – 35€/stay
• An ID card or passport is required for all guests (babies included), and a driver's license is not valid

• Upon arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of €500
• Please note that a small daily eco-tax and tourist tax per person will be collected upon arrival. The amount is subject to change, please consult the local municipality for the exact amount based on your stay dates.
• Additional end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen area & dishes) is included in the price. Please note that all accommodation must be returned in a clean and tidy condition. Any lack of cleanliness of the accommodation returned and requiring intervention cleaning other than that described in our T&Cs will be subject to invoicing through the deposit.
