Private: natural state property 2'000 m2, garden (not fenced) with trees, meadow, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 30 km, bus stop 1 km, railway station "Ronneby" 30 km, ferry "Helsingborg" 207 km, sandy beach 3 km, indoor swimming pool 30 km, lake Åsjön 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 35 km, fishing possibilities 1.5 km. Please note: fishing [permit required]. Animals in the neighbourhood.

Kitchen (3 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with Scandinavian wood stove (only for decoration). Shower/WC. Electric heating.
