Completed in 2020, Villa Olea is a stunning blend of modern design and timeless comfort, making it the ultimate retreat for family and friends. Situated at the mouth of one of the areaâs most picturesque coves, this villa offers an unparalleled Greek holiday experience with its superb location and extensive amenities.
Just 3 km from the charming fishing village of Kilada, this spacious, gated villa offers 9 ensuite bedrooms, 1 WC, 10 bathrooms, a hammam, expansive indoor and outdoor living and dining areas, BBQ facilities, a beautifully landscaped garden, a vegetable garden, and a variety of sports courts for tennis, basketball, and beach volleyball. Tastefully furnished, all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, and the villa comfortably accommodates up to 21 guests.
For an additional cost, we can provide extra beds, increasing the capacity to 24 guests.
As an alternative or additional option, we also offer two guest houses located right next to Villa Olea. While not at the same level as Olea, each guest house features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate 6 guests, allowing for a total of 12 additional guests. In total, up to 33 guests can be accommodated comfortably.

For those who enjoy outdoor activities, complimentary kayaks, stand-up paddleboards (SUPs), snorkeling gear, beach games, chairs, and umbrellas are available. Whether you prefer relaxing by the beach or engaging in more adventurous pursuits, this villa offers something for everyone.
Villa Oleaâs prime location also allows for easy access to the nearby coastal towns of Porto Heli and Ermioni, popular tourist destinations. Porto Heli serves as a gateway to the mainland and the Saronic Islands, such as the cosmopolitan islands of Spetses and Hydra. From the small port of Costa, just 5 minutes from Porto Heli, ferry boats depart regularly, reaching Spetses in just 10 minutes. On Spetses, you can explore the island by bicycle or enjoy a romantic horse-and-carriage ride along the seaside road to the historic old harbor.
For those interested in history, a short drive will take you to the significant archaeological sites of Ancient Epidaurus, Nafplion, and Mycenae, each offering a glimpse into Greece's rich cultural heritage.
