Villa Kallisti - A small paradise with the most magnificent view

Villa Kallisti is located on hill of Agios Aimilianos, 10 minutes away from the town of Porto Heli and 8 min from the small port of Kosta, from where you can get a sea taxi to the island of Spetses. Beautiful beaches (quiet and organised) can be found close to the villa (closest being 3 min away).

The villa has two levels and includes 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully functional kitchen, a wonderfully furnished living room, two dining areas, one indoors and one outdoors. There is also an attic in one of the double bedrooms where 2 extra people can stay on a comfortable double mattress. A pool with an amazing view is also available for refreshing moments during the hot summer days. You will also find an outdoors barbeque area which also includes a wood fired oven. There are available parking spaces inside and outside the property.

What makes Villa Kallisti unique is the tranquility and the panoramic view of the sea and the island of Spetses from all areas of the villa.

Endroit assez exceptionnel. DĂšs l’ouverture de la porte sur la propriĂ©tĂ© on est charmĂ© par la piscine et la vue sur la mer. Villa trĂšs spacieuse oĂč chacun trouve son espace avec toutes les terrasses disponibles. Cuisine trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Belles grandes chambres. La vue de la terrasse principale sur la baie est Ă  couper le souffle, nous avons adorĂ© cet endroit

Vous pouvez aller les yeux fermés dans cette villa, le descriptif et les photos sont parfaitement conformes à la réalité. Et John nous a donné des bons plans à faire, notamment un skipper pour aller faire une journée de voilier.

Underbart hus med fantastisk utsikt. Balkonger och uteplatser Ät alla hÄll sÄ man kan hitta sol eller skugga hela dagen. BadstrÀnder inom gÄngavstÄnd men jag rekommenderar tillgÄng till bil dÄ det Àr en bit till restauranger och butiker. Vi Äkte till Porto Cheli för att handla, ca 10 minuter med bil. DÀr finns Àven Restauranger och lite shopping. Sandstrand i nÀrheten Paralia Kounoupiou, perfakt för mindre barn. Vi besökte Spetses och Hydra, vÀl vÀrda ett besök. pÄ Hydra rekommenderar vi restaurang Plakostroto, vi Àlskade maten dÀr. Mysigt stÀlle ocksÄ Àven om man inte har havsutsikt. Vi Äterkommer gÀrna igen.

Fabulous villa

We had a lovely holiday in John’s villa. Everything was comfortable, from beds to pillows to lovely kitchen platters/ glasses etc. beautifully decorated and a lovely lady Nevilla to come and help clear up. Beautiful views and pool but take ear plugs as there is building works around the property which start early ( but not for too long as so hot ) a beautiful house all round and a charming host, thankyou soo much for a lovely holiday

Beautiful place and excellent owner

We are a group of 6 that stayed at the property for a week and everyone had a terrific experience. We found the property and the views even nicer than what we saw on the ad. There are many beautiful beaches to discover in the area, as well as the possibility to do day trips to Hydra and Spetses. We also very much enjoyed just relaxing at the property - in the pool, on one of the balconies with terrific views, or cooking food. The owner is very welcoming and helpful with our questions. Highly recommended !

The jewel of Greece

Forget the islands. Agios Emilianos is the place to be! John was an exceptional host and was there to meet us at his beautiful villa. The villa comfortably accommodated our party of 9 (6 adults, 1 teenager & 2 children 12 & 9) for 6 nights. The rooms are spacious, all with aircon. The downstairs bedroom is more private and perfect for those who would like to have a quiet place to retreat. The aspect of the house is perfect for all times of the day and we enjoyed lunches and dinners on the verandah and evening drinks in the courtyard. The kitchen is perfect for those who love to cook/ entertain with everything you could possibly need. The pool is maintained to perfection and is the perfect size and depth. The house is in walking distance of numerous stunning small beaches and a great taverna called Epavlis. We also loved going for our morning walks and exploring the area. The island of Spetses is a stone’s throw away and is easy to access either by water taxi from Kosta or boat charter (from Porto Heli or Spetses). If you like to self-cater and explore nearby Porto Heli and Ermioni you MUST hire a car as there are no shops within walking distance. Although a little hard to find due to inaccuracy of google maps you will not be disappointed with a stay here. It was definitely the highlight of our 3 week trip to Greece.

Wonderful house, amazing views

This is a beautiful, well-maintained house on top of a hill with magnificent views over Spetses- the view changes all the time as sailing boats and yachts travel by. The house is exactly as described/as per pictures, with four large bedrooms, a spacious and airy living room/dining/kitchen space- Wifi and aircon if needed. Most time was spent on any of the numerous terraces or by the lovely pool. The area is very quiet and seems to serve mainly Greek and boating tourism. There’s a great butcher and fishmonger in a nearby town- what more can you want. Happy to recommend!

Simply wonderful

Very spacious house, beautifully decorated. Stunning views all around. 5 mins drive to nice serviced beach. 10 mins to Kosta for the taxi boats to Spetses . 30 mins to Ermione from where the boats to Hydra leave. 4 spacious bedrooms, one of which has a little attic where 2 additional guests can sleep. The house is well equipped. The hosts provide your with all the little necessary goodies: shampoos, waste bags, anti mosquito plugs, beach towels etc, etc. On arrival we also received a full fridge! The host John is very helpful giving lots of useful tips, always available and great communication. We had a wonderful time! Looking forward to go back.

Einfach herrlich

Lage: Auf einem kleinen HĂŒgel sehr ruhig gelegen hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf die Insel Spetses und das tĂŒrkisblaue Wasser. Hinter dem Haus sieht man auf die Insel Hydra und die Inselgruppe. Haus: Das Haus ist sehr gerĂ€umig bietet genĂŒgend Platz fĂŒr 8 Personen. Die KĂŒche ist sehr gut eingerichtet mit genĂŒgend Geschirr (inkl. Töpfen, großen SchĂŒsseln :-). Der große Grill liegt neben der KĂŒche und bietet genĂŒgend Platz. Sowohl die Zimmer als auch das Wohn / Esszimmer sind modern eingerichtet. Auf der Terrasse befindet sich eine gemĂŒtliche Loungeecke und ein großer Tisch mit 8 StĂŒhlen. Baden: Der Pool hat ausreichend Tiefe zum Schwimmen. Zu den StrĂ€nden sind es mit dem Auto 2 Min. zu fahren. Einkaufen: Nach Porto Heli sind es 7 km zu fahren. Dort gibt es einen großen Supermarkt der sehr gut sortiert ist. In der NĂ€he befindet sich auch eine BĂ€ckerei, Fleischerei, GemĂŒseladen. Zum nĂ€chsten Lidl fĂ€hrt man ca. 20Min. Essen+Trinken: In Porto Heli befinden sich einige Tavernen mit guter griechischer KĂŒche. Kann man eigentlich nichts falsch machen. Umgebung: Beim abendlichen Spaziergang an der Hafenpromenade kann man die Segel- / Motoryachten der sehr gehobenen Preisklasse bewundern :-) Ein Ausflug nach Epidauros ist empfehlenswert und liegt auch nur eine Autostunde vom Haus entfernt. Auch das kleine StĂ€dtchen Ermioni liegt nur ca. 20min entfernt. Dort ist donnerstags Markttag und man kann danach noch in eine der Tavernen am Hafen einkehren. Anfahrt: Vom Flughafen Athen aus sind es gute 3 Stunden Autofahrt. Der Kanal von Korinth liegt auf der Strecke und es lohnt sich dort ein kurzer Halt. Fazit: Wieder einmal haben wir eine sehr schöne Gegend von Griechenland gesehen und es lohnt sich diese ein zweites Mal zu besuchen.

Traumhafte Villa mit atemberaubendem Ausblick

Die Villa ist traumhaft gelegen! Sie bietet viel Platz und fast jedes Zimmer verfĂŒgt ĂŒber eine Balkon. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, die KĂŒche sehr gut ausgestattet und alles ist liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet. Der Pool ist nicht klein und auch von hieraus hat man eine wunderbare Sicht auf die Buchten und die Insel Spetses. (Bedingt durch die tolle Lage des Hauses auf dem Berg, sollte man in jedem Fall einen Wagen mieten.) Die Umgebung ist nicht touristisch ĂŒberlaufen, so daß man hier einen ruhigen entspannten Urlaub verbringen kann. John ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Er hat sofort auf unsere Fragen geantwortet und hat uns viele Tipps fĂŒr die Erkundung der Umgebung gegeben. Wir können diese Villa nur empfehlen!

Everything I’d hoped for and more!

This treasure of a place is first revealed when the upper security door to the villa opens to a breathtaking view of flower adorned balconies that overlook the Sardonic Sea. The islands of Spetses & Hydra are short ferry ride away and were perfect day trips. The owner had us met in Porto Cheli and shown the villa and it’s many amenities. The space is clean, beautifully decorated and has a well appointed kitchen that the foodies in our group enjoyed. We even baked in the outdoor oven. The pool & grounds are well maintained and John was very prompt in answering all of our queries. It was perfect for our party of 6. John, thank you for providing the perfect setting for our vacation in Greece. Beth C

Fantastic villa with amazing view - highly recommended

Have just spent a week in this fantastic villa. Having seen the pictures on this site we arrived with high expectations and we were positively surprised: It is even better in reality! It is very spacious and well equipped, both inside and outside. The panoramic view is amazing, both day and night. There are lots of small beaches within just a few minutes drive from the villa. One of these stands out as one of the best beaches we have ever experienced: sandy with calm and warm crystal clear turquoise blue water. We spent many hours there... Our sincere thanks to John and his family for allowing us to experience this wonderful and quiet part of Greece in great style. Thank you for being so responsive during the initial communication, for your warm welcome and hospitality and for showing us that beach :-). 5 stars and our very highest recommendations!
