The flat is situated on the first floor of a small block of flats (without a lift), accessible via an
external staircase followed by an internal one. All the rooms are on one level within the flat.
It comprises a spacious 71 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen opening onto the living room, three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms featuring two showers and a bath.
Thanks to its east-west orientation and large bay windows, you’ll enjoy plenty of natural light throughout the day. On the west-facing side, you can make the most of the sea view and magnificent sunsets.
The property comprises:

opening onto a south- and west-facing terrace. Sea view and access to
the terrace.

Evettes and Avenue de Caroual.

Outside:

The town centre, with its shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and market, is
a 10-minute walk away. Supermarkets are an 8-minute drive away.
The fishing port of Erquy, known as the ‘capital’ of scallops,
is 2 km away and can be reached on foot by walking along the coast.
Set off to explore the rich heritage of the surrounding area: Cap Fréhel, Fort-La-
Latte, the island of Bréhat (set off from Erquy harbour), the châteaux of Bien Assis and
La Hunaudaye, the medieval towns of Dinan and Moncontour, the seaside abbey
of Beauport, the gardens of La Roche-Jagu, the Pink Granite Coast, the Fort National and
the ramparts of Saint-Malo.

Activities:
- Enjoy swimming, hiking, sailing, shore or sea fishing, kitesurfing,
sand yachting, sea kayaking, paragliding, golf, cycling, horse riding, kite-
flying or even beach volleyball.
- Walk to the Cap Sauvage d’Erquy via the Lacs Bleus, as far as the Îlot
Saint-Michel or Val-André.
- The GR34 long-distance walking trail (‘sentier des douaniers’) runs along the seafront
on the pedestrianised sea wall.
- The Saint-Malo–Saint-Brieuc section of the EuroVelo 4 cycle route passes right
at the end of the street.
- The water sports centre offers lessons and hire for catamarans, stand-up paddleboards,
windsurfing boards, kayaks and dinghies.
- Sea trips on the historic sailing ship ‘La Sainte Jeanne’ are available from the Maison de la Mer.

Transport:
- By car. If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat’s private garage and car park (the private garage can only accommodate a small vehicle such as a Peugeot 3008). There is a public car park 150 metres from the flat.
- By train: the nearest station (25 minutes’ drive) is in Lamballe.
Journey time by train from Paris: 2 hours 30 minutes.
- By plane: the nearest airport (1 hour 25 minutes by car) is in Rennes.
- Car hire is available in Lamballe and Rennes.
