Beautiful Country Cottage setting, overlooking our Archi's Acres Organic Farm. There are majestic views of the hills, orchards and farms of North County San Diego.

The house has two inside areas for guests to gather. One is a spacious living room with fireplace, reading area and board games. It's right next to the dining room. There is also a Den with access to the patio and this room has ROKU TV. There are many channels, or, you can sign in as a guest with your own ROKU account while you're here.

The house has WiFi. Password supplied with check-in information.

This is a 3 bedroom/2 bath home. The spacious master bedroom has a queen size bed and private full bath. There is also a TV in the master bedroom (in the cabinet next to the bathroom). The middle bedroom has a full size bed. Third bedroom has a queen size bed. There is a hall bathroom (full bath) with easy access from each of the bedrooms. The bedrooms are spacious with their own charm, with dressers and closets. There is a full kitchen with amenities like toaster, coffee maker, hot water kettle, dishes, utensils, and pots & pans. We include complimentary coffee grounds and filters for making your own coffee. There's also a hot water kettle if you prefer tea (there is a selection of tea in the cupboard in the kitchen, as well as assorted spices for cooking). The kitchen is open to the den and has a doorway to the formal dining room.

Our Groundskeeper resides in the downstairs apartment. There is no common area or entry. Please respect her privacy by not venturing to the downstairs patio. It is much appreciated to keep noise down after 11 pm. We hope you enjoy your stay!
