Genel olarak memnun kaldık. Otel odası kalorifer sistemi ile ısındığı ve kış ayarlarında tutulduğu için oda ilk girdiğimizde çok sıcaktı. Klimayla soğutmak zorunda kaldık ve petekleri kapattık. Daha sonra sorun olmadı.Oda da su ısıtucı ve sıcak içecek alternatiflerinin olması güzel bir süpriz oldu.Oda çok geniş olmasada yeterli alanı sunuyordu. Banyo genişti. Temizlik yeterşi düzeydeydi.

Merhaba Yorumlarda özellikle kış döneminde bir ısınma sorunu olduğu çokça yazıldığı için biraz endişeliydik biz de soğuk bir dönemde gittiğimiz için. Ancak odamızda klimayı 27 derecede açtığımızda gayet güzel ısındık çok soğuk bir hava olmasına rağmen (305 nolu odada kaldık). Resepsiyondaki hanımefendinin güleryüzlü yaklaşımı için de çok teşekkür ederiz konaklamamız gayet güzel geçti.

Öncelikle çok sıcak samimi karşılandık. İşlemlerimiz hızlı bir şekilde yapıldı ve odamıza kadar eşlik edildi. Bizim kaldığımız konakta girişte eski yatakların bulunduğu bir oda açıktı. Kötü bir görüntü vardı hoşumuza gitmedi. Akşam odamızda ısınma problemi yaşadık klimalar çalışmıyordu. Petekleri açtık odayı ısıtmamız biraz zaman aldı. Akşam çok soğuk olduğundan bizim için kötü bir deneyim oldu. Ayrıca kaldığımız odaya dışarıdan çok gürültü geliyordu. Sabah kahvaltımız fena değildi.Otelin konumu çok iyi gerçekten. Açıkçası bizi en çok o memnun etti diyebilirim.

Buz gibi

Online rezervasyon yapıp gittik, oda kalmamış ama kapatmayı unutmuşuz dediler. Buz gibi, daha alt klasman bir oda verdiler. Soğuk suyla duş aldık. Sorun ise ancak akşam gelen resepsiyonist arkadaşın desteğiyle çözüldü. Bu puanda bir otelin bu kadar saçma bir hata yapması…

Odunpazarında konum itibariyle oldukça iyi bir yerde. Odanın büyüklüğü ve sabah kahvaltıları çok iyiydi. En büyük problem banyoda kalıcı hale gelmiş idrar kokusuydu. Sanıyorum tesisat sisteminde (mekanik havalandırma) yenileme gerekli. Tekrar Eskişehir'e yolumuz düşerse sorgusuz konaklayanileceğimiz bir mekan.
