Unsafe Hotel – Child Injured Due to Negligence On our first day, before even checking in, my child tripped over unmarked metal barriers in the parking lot and broke their elbow. This happened right in front of reception, yet staff ignored it and offered zero help. We spent the first day in the hospital, the second day in check-ups, and then went home. The hotel gave no medical assistance, no real compensation, only excuses. They are 100% at fault for our child’s injury and lucky I didn’t pursue legal action — though in Turkey, it would be pointless. If you value safety, avoid this place at all costs.

Havuz ve spa güzeldi. Masajdan da memnun kaldık. Otelin çalışanları güler yüzlüydü. Ancak odamızda tv düzgün çalışmıyordu hiç izleyemedik. Çok büyük bir eksiydi bizim için. Her dokunduğumuz nesneden elektrik çarptı elimize anlam veremedik. Konum olarak şehirden çok uzakta olması da ilaveten büyük bir eksi maalesef. İlaca ihtiyacım oldu resepsiyona ‘sizde ilaç var mı alabileceğim’ diye sorduğumda, ilaç olmadığı söylendi. 5 yıldızlı bir otelin reviri olur en azından diye düşünmüştüm. Herhangi bir yönlendirme yapılmadı maalesef. Ortalama bir deneyimdi. Temizlikle alakalı bir sorun yaşamadık.

3 gece konaklamamda ilk gün oda temizliğim yapılmadı bu yüzden temizlikten 1 puan düştüm. Her yerde su sebili ile cam şişe doldurulması çok güzel. Normal ve termal havuzu güzel. Spa deneyimi masajları Bali’den gelen masözler ile harika. Sadece erkenden randevu oluşturun masajlar hemen doluyor. Otelin konumu da tepede güzel, Eskişehir manzaralı.
