Perfect place to stay if you are attending an event at Veltins Arena. The lovely young lady at the front desk even gave a small group of us a ride to the venue. And she was so pleasant and friendly. We even walked back to the hotel after the concert and it was a nice, safe trip. Breakfast in the morning was excellent. This property delivered exactly what we were looking for.

Very Disappointed a big let down

Hi There this was the worse Hotel experience of our trip so far . We arrived Nobody at reception Then our room 1 pillow 1 cover 1 Towel 1 Toilet roll Once We got that sorted (with thin uncomfortable pilloww ) issues continued with no water in the room no cups not tea or coffee no bin in Toilet clock not working overall a Very Dissatisfied stay as this hotel was expensive and was extremely basic in a poor location with not alot of amenities therefore i would Definitely Avoid Staying here and would not recommend. Got a better room and amenities with a cheaper hotel

Sehr freundliches junges Personal. Wünsche bezüglich eines Zimmers wurde sofort umgesetzt und selber von der Dame an der Rezeption erledigt. Obwohl wir nur mit 3 Personen im Hotel waren bekamen wir ein tolles Frühstück 🍳👍

Leider eine komplette Enttäuschung

Bei der Ankunft 15 Minuten Wartezeit da Rezeption unbesetzt, ein anderer Gast wartete bereits 10 Minuten länger. In einem unfreundlichen Ton wurde uns dann mitgeteilt dass sie ihren Job gemacht hat und in der Wäscherei im Keller war. Außerdem kann sie keine 2Jobs gleichzeitig machen und die Klingel seit kaputt wei der Akku fehlt. Mein Problem? Dann trotz Visitenkarte falsche Adresse auf der Rechnung, dann funktionierte erst die 3. Zimmerkarte und bei Grad Außentemperatur war das Fenster offen. Beim Frühstück stand an vielen Tischen schmutziges Geschirr, abräumen Fehlanzeige.

Tyvärr ingen information om varken närområde eller annat- enkel fråga om restaurang förblev obesvarad. Ingen servis typ bar eller servering - eftersom lite off läge vore det trevligt. Info om spa var tveksamt- allmänt ihop med gym i närheten. Ändå - stora fina rum - super fräscht rent o fint!!

Endlich mal ein Hotelzimmer was auch den Fotos auf der Webseite gerecht wurde.Alles war top gepflegt und sehr sauber. Auch das dazugehörige Fitnesscenter und der Saunabereich waren sehr ansprechend. Wir waren so begeistert,das wir direkt nochmal gebucht haben und werden diese Locatie öfter aufsuchen.

J'avoue être un peu partagé sur mon séjour dans cet établissement. Très peu de personnel présent sur place (je suis arrivé à 20h00 le premier jour et clairement la réceptionniste attendait mon arrivée pour pouvoir partir...). Je n'ai croisé personne au petit-déjeuner avec des tables qui restent à redresser après le passage des hotes précédents. Sur ma chambre, la poubelle de la salle de bains n'était pas vidée à mon arrivée et ma chambre n'a pas été faite entre les 2 nuits passées là-bas. Quand j'en ai fait part à la réception on m'a fait comprendre que c'était de ma faute car je n'avais pas mis le panneau demandant de faire ma chambre sur ma poignée de porte... Le prix était en revanche le même que si la chambre avait été faite. Dommage car les chambres sont spacieuses et agréables, même si elles sont un peu froides sur la déco.

Zimmersauberkeit war schrecklich und bei meinem Aufenthalt von insgesamt 2 Wochen ein Problem welches nicht nur Zufall war. Hotelpersonal in keinster Weise ansatzweise ausgebildet. Hervorragender Wellnessbereich und kostenlose Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung. Sehr hellhörige Umgebung die auch recht unsicher war.
