N’y allez pas !

Nous ne recommandons absolument pas cet hĂŽtel, nous y sommes allĂ©s en couple pour un week-end : la rĂ©ceptionniste Ă©tait totalement dĂ©bordĂ©e. Les propriĂ©taires n’emploient pas assez d’employĂ©s pour gĂ©rer un hĂŽtel de cet envergure. Douche sans rideau ce qui mouille toute la salle de bain, trace de chaussures dans notre chambre, piscine pas propre, verres sales (en plastique), serviettes qui sentent mauvais, pas de volet. Les chambres manquent d’équipement. Dans tous les cas les chambres ne mĂ©ritent certainement pas qu’on y mette ce prix lĂ . Et pour finir le tout, une double facturation
 la rĂ©ceptionniste nous a encaissĂ© a l’arrivĂ©e alors que nous avions dĂ©jĂ  payĂ© sur hĂŽtels.com. Les chambres ne mĂ©ritent pas ce prix mais ne mĂ©ritent certainement pas qu’on paye le double !!

Personal, Abendessen und FrĂŒhstĂŒck großartig! Die beiden Damen waren rĂŒhrig und stets fĂŒr jeden da! Aber 2 Angestellte fĂŒr ein großes Hotel definitiv zu wenig. Aschenbecher im Außenbereich wurden nicht geleert, tote KĂ€fer auf der Terasse und Vogelkot. Die LĂŒftungsanlage viel zu laut und nur 1 Handtuch im Badezimmer. Und dann hieß es zunĂ€chst noch, mein Zimmer sei nicht bezahlt. Musste erst KontobelĂ€ge runterladen, dass per Expedia lĂ€ngst alles bezahlt war... aber sonst alles gut;)

Die Unterkunft benötigt dringt eine Renovierung. Das Konzept muss mal ĂŒberarbeitet werden. Schön wĂ€re wenn nach der Übernachtung das Zimmer wieder hergerichtet wird , also Betten machen Bad reinigen, Verbrauchsmaterial auffĂŒllen und MĂŒll entsorgen.
