It features two spacious private terraces: one at the main entrance and another facing the sea, with direct access to a private garden that opens onto the beach through a private gate. A privileged setting for those seeking peace and a direct connection to the coast.
Spread over two floors, the layout is both comfortable and functional. The ground floor includes the bedroom with a 150 x 200 cm double bed and a full bathroom. Upstairs, the kitchen and living-dining area—decorated with care and filled with natural light thanks to large windows—lead directly to the upper terrace with stunning sea views.
Villas Andaluzas offers a year-round community pool and garden areas, plus private parking. The house also includes its own individual parking space.
