Location is everything!

This place has that. 100 meters to both the beach, market hall where local parties and traditional concerts are held but above all Plaza Flores, a square abundant of flowers and bars/cafes.

The place is more like a private house since no one else lives in the building. You enjoy the sun from 3 different balconies. The place is renovated in scandi style but with original parts left for a traditional feel. well equipped: hairdryer, toys, beachtowels, washing machine etc

    Exactly as described and in a brilliant location for everything you need. Excellent communication with owner and stand-in property manager who sorted everything out at very short notice - we booked the day before.Could not fault the whole experience.

    Wonderful little apartment in central location

    Communication with owner and manager was good. The apartment was very neat and clean. Good air con which was needed as very warm outside. Comfortable bed and lovely having three balcony. It was light in the apartment but that did not deter us from our stay.

    El alquiler de este alojamiento ha sido, para empezar, una decepción. Al principio la comunicación ha sido buena, de manera que me he citado con la anfitriona en cuestión y no hubo ningún fallo… es decir, la comunicación hasta el momento de entrar al alojamiento siempre fue buena. Una vez la anfitriona abandona el lugar, nos damos cuenta de que el aire acondicionado no funciona, y el apartamento está situado en un primer piso y hecho de madera, por lo que el sol pega de pleno desde las once de la mañana hasta más de las siete de la tarde… sumándole el dato anterior de que su estructura es de madera y la sensación térmica por tanto es mucho mayor (el máximo de temperaturas registrado fuera del apartamento han sido 30 grados y dentro la sensación térmica estaría perfectamente en los 35), es que nos íbamos del apartamento para no pasar calor, se estaba mejor a la sombra en la calle ya que en Estepona corre una brisa muy agradable y en la playa también se está muy bien. El ventilador pequeño del apartamento nos ha sido muy útil, cabe recalcar, así que si algún nuevo inquilino lee esto… abrázate a ese ventilador con uñas y dientes que es lo único que tienes hasta que salgas. Para continuar, la nevera no enfría casi nada, teníamos las bebidas a temperatura ambiente prácticamente y cualquier preparado de carne, embutido, etc. que no se coma en el mismo día, se echa a perder, bebíamos Coca Cola y agua con hielo que, por cierto, el congelador sí que funciona correctamente y gracias a eso hemos podido tener bebidas frías. Siguiendo con la crítica, el apartamento no tiene persianas, tiene cortinas que difícilmente tapan la visibilidad de sus grandes ventanales y te ve todo el mundo que pase por alrededor del apartamento, así que si te gusta la intimidad ya puedes abandonar este anuncio. El sol se proyecta por sus ventanales y como había comentado antes eso hace que su estructura de madera se caliente aún más si cabe, lo único positivo es que en la noche corre más brisa y para dormir te va a venir de perlas, algo a lo que no tendrías que sujetarte si tuvieses aire acondicionado. Ah, el hecho de no tener persianas incluye por supuesto que desde las ocho de la mañana la luz de la calle penetre por completo en el apartamento y no tengas NINGUNA forma de tener el apartamento a oscuras, así que… si te gusta dormir a oscuras, abandona este anuncio. ¿Le comenté estos problemas a la anfitriona? Sí. Y me ignoró hasta que me tocó salir. No recomendado.
