Apartment with large balcony directly on the harbor with unobstructed sea view, entrance from the street without stairs or elevator.
With a 180 degree view of the coast and sea, from left direction Marbella to right direction Gibraltar.
Very light, with lots of glass on the sea side, modern furnishings.
With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. With swimming pool and supermarket diagonally opposite the complex and on the harbor there are many cozy restaurants and bars.
Beach with chirinquitas and boulevard at a distance of 200 meters on both sites

Our holiday
We loved the apartment, it was very comfortable and homely, with everything we needed. The view was spectacular, we loved spending time on the balcony watching the all the boats in the marina.

Super appartement op een mooie plek midden in de plaats aan de kust
Prima ruim schoon appartement met een mooi uitzicht op de haven. Wij waren met twee tieners die zich prima hebben vermaakt in het nachtleven in Estepona. Wij hebben vooral genoten van het heerlijke ruime balkon met het uitzicht over de haven en de diverse restaurants . Kortom een super vakantie gehad!

Superb 5 star we wanted for nothing!
Clean and very well equipped, Wi-Fi, Sun shades for the beach. Clean towels, Yorkshire tea and of course coffee! Would stay again at the drop of a hat! Thank you.

The apartment was perfect by location facilities linen ,towels etc you could sunbathe out in the large sun terrace / balcony or 2 pools within the complex on the location excellent restaurants and bars just a few minutes walk or you could cook in the apartment as it had all the amenities that you needed . No problems at the start of holiday on getting the keys we phoned Kevin from the airport as he was waiting for us when we arrived and if we needed anything he we just a phone call away .We stayed here from the 2nd June 2018 for a week and hopefully will try and return next year would definitely return.

Absolutely fabulous.
This appartment is fantastic. Excellently equipped with everything you could possibly want or need. Immaculately clean, beautiful bedding (very rare). It is light, spacious and comfortable. There is even a 'workstation' where you can plug in phones, tablets etc for charging, extremely useful. The terrasse is incredible. Huge, with a large table and 2 sun loungers. Magnificent un- interrupted views of the marina and views along the coast and over to Gibraltar. A supermarket over the road. There is even a shopping trolley!! Great restaurants around the port/ marina. Taxi rank 2 minutes walk away. I cannot think if one negative comment to make about this appartment or its location. It exceeded our expectations by a mile.

l'appartement ainsi que la situation étaient tout à fait à notre goût . La grande terrasse offre une vue grandiose. L'espace et l'équipement étaient presque parfaits. Une seconde clim dans la deuxième chambre à coucher aurait rendu le séjour parfait car cette année a été particulièrement chaude. Merci pour cette location.
