Beautiful location on the boardwalk within a quiet and clean gated complex. The unit was spacious and bright and within walking distance to the Marina for restaurants, grocery stores and a great gym complex with padel courts and racquet rental. Communication with the property manager was not very good, to the point that I had to get VRBO involved the day before we were scheduled to fly, as we had received no instructions for check-in despite repeatedly requesting. The 4-star review however has more to do with multiple small items that were not ideal. Each of these on their own would be negligible, but combined and considering this is advertised as a luxury property, I could not say it was 5-star. Some examples - blinds in a couple of the rooms did not work even after we requested at least one in the bedroom be fixed, the master shower did not drain properly, sheets did not fit the bed and came off every night, ice maker didn’t work, tiny ants continuously in the master bathroom and a few other items. Again, nothing earth shattering and certainly didn’t ruin our 6 week stay, it was just not what would be expected from a ‘luxury’ listing.
