This historical building has beautiful updates throughout, log beams, wood floors and art work that bring a sense of history to the home. Lots of charm and peaceful mountain views from every window.
Just inside the front door is the bunk room with two twin bunk beds and an ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo. The kids can each have their own bed!
Take the half flight of stairs up to the remaining two bedrooms, each with a king bed. The two additional bathrooms on this upper level, one an ensuite to the bedroom at the end of the hall and one in the hallway across from the middle bedroom, both with tub shower combo, makes one bathroom for each bedroom. Plenty of privacy and easy for everyone to get ready for the dayâs adventures.
Take the half flight of stairs from the front door down to the main level. The cute, cozy kitchen has everything you will need to make great meals for the whole family. The grill just outside the kitchen gives the grill master a chance to show off skills to add to the culinary delights. Gather around the beautiful wood dining table or take a plate outside for dinner with a view.
Included in the open concept great room is the living area. There is a cozy space with sofas and soft comfy chairs perfect for reading a book or a snuggle with the kids. This area is open to the beautiful stone fireplace and a TV for movie night.
There are three doors that lead from the living area to the wrap around deck and patio area. The patio is just off the kitchen with easy access to the BBQ grill. The fire table on the patio is a great place to relax at the end of the day.

The Ranch
Nestled below Mount Olympus and Park Hill, this land was first settled in 1872 with The Coach House serving as the last stagecoach stop into the Estes Valley for Alexander MacGregor's toll road. Traces of the road are still visible today.
The ranch later became the summer retreat of Frank Crocker, from whom the ranch got its name. The Crocker Ranch has a number of historical associations and now invites guests to enjoy the same quiet mountain beauty, updated with thoughtful modern touches.

Unique property with s great blend of quiet isolation but close to town; rustic but clean and modern. Enjoyed room to spread out, wrap around porch, and wonderful views of Estes and Rocky Mountain Park.
A very nice home in a beautiful setting. Perfect location. Peace and quiet all the time, but if you want to go into Estes it's less than a 10 minute drive. Couldn't have found a better location! Would definitely stay here again!
