Fall River Village
We had a very lovely place to stay. The view from the front river was spectacular, and the view from the rear windows and patio, really nice with the stream. We loved the fireplace. The beds were very comfortable. We didn't have a chance to try the hot tub, but would next time. We would recommend this place highly.

Fall stay in Estes Park
Great place-very clean and comfortable. Excellent location with the river right behind and a quick walk to the popular downtown area.

Great but could have been better
Code for access was late, never got text or e-mail. Finally went to office and got it - a few seconds after that I got the text and e-mail? Not sure what happened there? The location was fantastic. The place could use a good deep cleaning. Surface clean but visible dust bunnies everywhere. Also, spiders in all the rooms. Also, needed help one night and there was not response from any of the ways we could find to contact anyone!! So if emergency like water leak or something - no way to contact anyone that we could find. Contact was discouraged it seems.

Exceeded expectations
Awesome! Nothing more nothing less. Beautiful views, wildlife all around, and the soothing sound of the river coupled with that fresh mountain air. The condo was clean and spacious, nice pool, and awesome walking trail along the Fall River. Definitely will return!!
