Welcome to Blue Pearl Loft - 30 Boardwalk

This spacious second-floor studio is located on Boardwalk and is just a short distance from the Pop Up Shop, Volley Ball Court, Mama Tigs, and the Lake.

This beautifully furnished loft is perfect for a couple's romantic getaway. Light and open with all the comforts of home, you will be so comfortable that you won't want to leave. With so many outdoor community spaces at your fingertips, you will have lots to experience during your stay. The primary bed is queen-sized. The loft has a spacious outdoor balcony for you to enjoy the beautiful Oklahoma weather.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed her for 5 weeks and the loft was sunny, spacious, and well decorated and stocked. However, both pools you have access to were green with algae and tadpoles in them due to lack of maintenance. About a month later (and many many phone calls later), they reopened the pool, but none of the hot tubs were hot. The lake is beautiful, but since the amenities are unreliable, I would recommend just staying at cheap motel or campground.

Upon arrival we found spiders and flies in the unit. There was no bedding for the futon, no toilet paper holder and only one very small shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Also, it would have been nice to have a box of Kleenex in the bathroom, hand soap and body lotion. We had a cooking dish explode on us when cooking vegetables in the oven and 2 glasses break in the dishwasher. Not sure why? There was also a cushion missing on one of the patio chairs. The unit was cute, but very small. I wouldn’t stay in this rental again.

It felt like the community was half open. We had a hard time getting in touch with the staff. There was no propane, and no where to refill or replace and when we called, there was no answer for a while. The staff was very nice when we talked with them, but it was difficult to get help. I'd come again, but with lower expectations that there isn't much to do.

The house was beautiful and they had every appliance or utensil we needed or would need. We loved the location on the boardwalk which was close to one of the pools and hot tubs, as well as very close proximity to the beach and food options.
