Welcome to Sunny Daze - 43 Center Lane South

Escape from the bustle of daily life when you stay at this cozy 2 bedroom cottage in Carlton Landing, Oklahoma. The home is just steps away from the beach, pop-up shops, Mama Tigs Pizzeria and Festival Lawn.

The downstairs living area with new fireplace is attached to the kitchen and dining area in an open floor plan. Downstairs also includes a master bedroom with a king-sized bed with a private bathroom. Upstairs there is a guest room with a queen-sized bed plus a twin-sized bunk and full bathroom with shower/tub combo. This property has a propane grill for guests to use.

The front porch swing is a main highlight of Sunny Daze, perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine after a fun day on Lake Eufaula. Don't wait to book this cozy cottage in the Crossings District of Carlton Landing.

Sunny Daze has 1 guest parking spaces. All additional vehicles can be parked in the parking lot behind The Meeting House, located on Boulevard.

Golf carts parked at the property are owners use only.

The pool and hot tub were not working

The floor of the house wasn’t mopped when we got there , but the rest of the place was clean, we booked this house for the pools and the hot tub. The first two day the pool and the hot tub walking distance from the place we rented were not working , the third day the pool got fixed but the hot tub wasn’t. Been in the chilly side of the weather had been great have the hot tub working .

Relaxing

Booking, check-in, check-out was super easy. The property was beautiful đŸ€©. We stayed Tuesday & Wednesday and it was so quiet and relaxing. Loved taking walks around the town snd seeing all the beautiful houses.

Exceptional.....but.....

The house was immaculate and very enjoyable but the refrigerator made so much noise until about midnight that we had trouble sleeping. It is right outside the master bedroom. Should probably be checked because it sounded like it would cycle on for about five minutes then cycle off for about five minutes continually. Very loud!

Fun place to visit and wind down

Carlton Landing is a great spot for families or couples looking for a weekend away. Kids can safely run free. There is some construction noise during the week but it didn't ruin our stay which we extended by 2 days. The weekends are the lively time with more people and things going on.

Great getaway

This was such an adorable house for a weekend getaway! Great location, our girls loved the books and coloring supplies available in the upstairs bunk room. Very clean, had everything we needed! Would for sure rent again!
