The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean and so was our room. Breakfast was very good. Only problem was that they were having problems with the pool and kids could not swim.

We want accurate information about our hotel on all platforms. We are happy to see you overall had a good stay with us.

It was clean, neat and quiet and the breakfast was amazing! We usually only stay at Four Seasons or Ritz but am limited in Eugene to those hotels. However, I have to say, this was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. It was perfect. Recently upgraded the room was not fancy but very clean. The bathroom had all new cabinetry and countertops. The bed was ok but not bad either. The breakfast was amazing! The assistant Lorena made sure we had everything including a small amount of whip cream for my husbands coffee every morning! In the afternoon they bake cookies and have them available as you walk in. The hotel also offers a free brown bag snack to take with you. Inside the bag is water, protein bar, fruit and muffin! Ritz or Four Seasons would never do this! Not in the best part of town but I didn't care. I never felt scared or worried about our car. Great job! I loved your hotel. Thank you for all the work you have put into it! It looks and was GREAT!

It was a very pleasant property. It sits back off the main road (11th St.) and is very quiet. The room was updated and very roomy, with a very roomy & clean bathroom with lots of counter space. The breakfast (included) was very nice, with plenty of variety and something for everybody. I will definitely stay here again.
