Hotel is bright and open, clean, and easy to navigate, and in a great location, close to lots of food, shopping and freeway access. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and thermostat worked well. This is not a new hotel, carpet starting to show a bit of wear, but still overall very nice room. Would stay there again.

2nd time staying at this property and it was just as great as the first time. Gym is well kept and clean. Clean rooms and parking was a breeze. Love the surrounding area. Lots of shopping and food options. Only complaint is the room doors. They shut very slowly at first and then slam shut at the end. Not fun hearing doors slam any time someone goes through it.

Yes, the room was clean and staff was friendly. I was staying there because I had a medical procedure at Riverbend. The front desk agent told me to call the hotel directly next time and I would get a discount on the room if I am stay overnight for medical. I thought that was nice of her to make that clarification.
